Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I get the high-performance butterfly valve catalog?
Use the download link on this page to open the catalog file. When making an inquiry, identify the catalog item you are considering so the applicable product information can be confirmed.
Can I use this catalog as the final drawing for my order?
Request the drawing approved for the exact valve model, size, connection and operating arrangement being ordered. A reference catalog does not by itself confirm the current drawing revision or dimensions of an individual assembly.
What should I send when asking for a valve from the catalog?
Send the relevant catalog reference, required size and connection, process medium, operating conditions and preferred operation. Include installation constraints and documentation requirements so the selected configuration can be reviewed.
