Send the actual flange standard and dimensions, facing, nominal size and available installation length. Request the drawing for the quoted strainer before assuming a direct replacement.
Which stainless-steel grade and screen should I request?
Provide the fluid, operating conditions and particles that must be retained. Ask for the actual body and screen material and opening specification; the stainless-steel title does not confirm a particular grade or mesh.
Can I get the dimensions needed for screen removal?
Include the available maintenance space with the inquiry and request the selected strainer's cover and screen-removal drawing. Installation dimensions and servicing clearance should be confirmed before fixing adjacent equipment.
