ANSI Class 300 Swing Check Valve is a kind of one-way valve, which plays the role of preventing the backflow of the medium on the pipeline.
ANSI Class 300 Swing Check Valve

Swing Check Valve Structure diagram

The swing check valve adopts a built-in rocker arm swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Keeping the rocker arm and disc inside the body avoids an external operating-shaft penetration, but does not eliminate potential leakage at the pressure boundary, body joints or seat. Confirm the required shell and seat leakage tests and acceptance criteria for the selected valve. The connection between the rocker arm and the disc of the swing check valve adopts a spherical connection structure, so that the disc has a certain degree of freedom in the range of 360 degrees, and has appropriate micro-position compensation.
Suitable for clean media, not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity
